The cave scene. It was executed perfectly.
For me, the best scene in the HG movie was when the train first arrived at the Capitol. It’s just really.. I don’t know.. spectacular and fabulous. There were vivid colors everywhere, and also colorful headwear/dresses. It really shows the Capitol citizens’ eccentric taste in fashion – which to many people may be weird, but to me, very fascinating. And the fact that the Capitol citizens were all laughing and happy with the arrival of the tributes shows another interesting side to them, which is that they think it’s something perfectly common/normal for people to go in the Games and compete till death. Hell, they’re even welcoming them. But all these points just add up to the fact that the Capitol is so fascinating. Personally, I think they’re interestingly different, oblivious to the fact that the Games are screwed up, and mostly they’re just afraid, so they use these clothes to mask themselves up or something.
Ceasar Flickerman’s tributes interview is my favorite scene. Stanley Tucci is so hilarious! Josh is so cute and Jennifer was stunning. And her red dress which was on fire, OMG! So awesome!

My favorite scene was when they had there private sessions with the gamemakers. And when katniss misses, the gamemakers hat turn around and start laughing and talking. And later katniss geta mad, and shoots the arrow at the apple in the pigs mouth. and she thanks them for there consideration.
My favorite scene was the reaping scene because Willow is soooo talented with screaming. I was bawling in the theater. I was a tiny bit hesitant about that scene by the trailer but it exceeded my highest expectations.
my favorite scene was when Katniss ran off to find Peeta when she heard the cannon fire (for Foxface). and she said: “You scared me to death! Damn you!” it was hilarious.

My favourite scene was the one in the Cave, in the Arena, right before Katniss and Peeta kiss.
My favorite scene well I don’t know if I could pick one. I loved the whole movie like A LOT. But I really liked the Reaping scene. But I really liked the cave scenes it wasn’t too lovey dovey and it wasn’t just getting Peeta better and stuff. The actors in that scene made it so real. It was soo good
I’ve got two favourite-favourite scenes. I liked the whole movie, especially the scenes at the training center and the interviews with Ceasar and all the scenes where you got to see alot of the tributes, but my two favourite-favourite scenes were at the Tribute Parade/the Opening Ceremony, because I just loved all the tributes clothes, and it was so big and magnificent and wonderful and a bunch of other flattering adjectives. My second favourite-favourite scene was when they just had gotten into the arena, and Katniss and Foxface ran into eachother. I really, really liked that scene, because when they didn’t try to kill eachother or anything like that, they showed that they were there because they had to, and they didn’t want to kill. Also I loved Foxface’s hair.
And ofcourse I cried like all the time, and have a bunch other of favourite scenes, but this were some of them. (:
My favorite scene is the suicide scene. It is really touching. I especially like the facial expression of Peeta and Katiss, and the background music as well. When Peeta touches Katniss’ braid,it truly reveals the chemistry(love element) between them. I cried when I watched this scene:)
I loved the scene when Rue died. It was very touching when Katniss went to go pick flowers for her right after she died. I also liked when she sang the song.
My favorit scene is the reaping. It’s pretty hard to select one because the all movie pleased me. They added really smart scene (specially with president snow). But if i got to pick one, it would be the reaping. It has been for me the most emotional moment !
The cave scene was something I was really looking forward to, and it was even better than I imagined
But my favourite scene was when Rue died and her father became outragous. That moment is so emotional.

My favorite scene from the movie was the Foxface & Katniss encounter in the arena. I just loved how both were too scared to do anything. As if both didn’t want to kill but just run away and hope to survive.
Ok, im Hungarian, and my English is not too good. But i try.
Soo, my favorite scene from the movie was when came the mutant wolfs. That was so scary, that everybody jumped up in the cinema.:D
And my other favorite scene was, when Cato speak on the end of the movie. In the book Cato is just an evil boy, but here we see, that Cato has got heart too, like everybody.
But my favorite scene of the book isn’t in the book, unfortunately. When Peeta say to Katniss: “Don’t step on me, sweetheart.” I think it’s the cutest scene of the book.:D
My favorite scene was actually Seneca Crane’s punishment for allowing Katniss and Peeta to both win. It really shows how he was coming from the entertainment perspective, and the president from a political perspective, and how the president gets what he wants. Seneca wasn’t just hanged or shor or poisoned in the typical way—he was locked in a room with the poisonous berries that saved both Peeta and Katniss. Brilliant.
I really loved the whole movie and its so hard to choose Just one scene but one of my favorite scenes is when its katniss spins and you see her wearing her interview dress and you get a good picture of why they are doing the girl on fire thing it was really well done the show how katniss’s personalty strong and fierce and the whole audience started clapping and cheering and you finally get to see katniss’s girly side and than you see her reaction when peeta says he loves her it was really well done and all I can say is that that was the best movie wow
My absolute favourite, favourite scenes from the movie was the Reaping and Peeta’s interview.
The Reaping was amazing. Jennifer’s “I VOLUNTEER AS TRIBUTE!” was beautiful, and it was a pretty emotional scene. Willow was also really good, and I find it cute how she tucked in her shirt when she went up to the stage. I think that scene was really well acted and organized. And of course.. I think the mood was perfect. Another great thing about the scene was Effie. I love Elizabeth’s accent, it’s so good! Her outfit, shoes and hair was really nice too.
Peeta’s interview was also really well done. Honestly, I think Josh did an INCREDIBLE job. I liked how you could feel his ‘sadness’ when he said, “Because she came here with me.” And again, Jennifer did an amazing job making her expression unreadable and blank… You couldn’t really tell what she was thinking. I like that!
Those are my most fave scenes in the movie! Wow, I wrote a lot.. XD Anyway, I hope the odds are in my favour!

My favorite scene in the Hunger games was when they were at training and you can see Rue chilling on the nets above and Thresh is nodding and in his head he’s probably going, “That’s my girl.” Haha! I also loved every single scene that Caesar Flickerman was in, especially when he opens up his interview with huge smiles. It’s so funny and epic to me! Stanley Tucci was freaking brilliant!
The entire movie was positively AMAZING!! There were so many scenes that were my favourites! But if I had to chose one I would say the reaping scene when Katniss lets out that strangled “PRIM!” literally broke my heart. And then Prim screaming “NO!” when her sister volunteers. I cried at least 3 times.
I had more than one favorite Scene.
First,I love the scene where Katniss volunteers as Tribute.It’s so emotional.It shows how much Katniss loves her sister and how brave she is.She would do everything for her.
Then I LOVE the scene where Effie says ‘That is Mahogany!. Just so funny.I died of laughter in the cinema.
Then I love the cave scene.You really can see the pain in Peeta’s eyes and you can see that he doesn’t do it just for the publicity.

My favorite part from the hunger games movie was when Katniss found Peeta. It was so sweet, and it showed that Katniss and Peeta needed each other all along. I was so touched throughout the whole movie though. I fell inlove with the movie. And I see no reason how no one couldn’t.
Personally i loved the whole movie!! it was so awesome! I love all of it and maybe dont have a favorite part! Ever since i read all the books i refuse to reead any other series because i just cant stop thinking about the Hunger Games! If i did in fact have to choose which scene from trhe movie would be my favorite it would be the Scene where Peeta and Katniss are in the cave.
I love when she lays next to him and uses his arm as a pillow. i like how at that moment she starts to fall for him and you can so tell in the movie!That part is like one of the best parts even though the whole movie is great!
I also loved the part when Cinna comes into the room when he first meets katniss and tells her what he thinks of her! I love when shes about to go into the arena and he kisses her on the check and tells her, ” I know im not allowed to bet, but if i could. id bet on you” that part was so touching i started to cry from how many times ive seen the movie!

My favorite scene is when the tributes are paraded in front of the capitol people. The execution of the scene was just as amazing as I had imagined it, and Katniss and Peeta’s costumes were amazing. Seeing all the tributes showed just how great all the tributes looked in that scene.
Also, the entire movie was wonderfully done, and I can’t wait for Catching Fire.
I really liked thw scenes before the games, Especially the trainer center sequence and the interviews, Stanley Tucci : Amazing

Well,after seeing the movie three times I think I had a favorite scene after every time. (Maybe because I notice more and more each time,or maybe because the whole movie is just so amazing it’s hard to choose just one favorite scene!) Okay,my TOP TWO favorite scenes are:Peeta’s Caesar interview. Because that is EXACTLY how I pictures it would be from the book. Josh does an amazing job portraying Peeta and that was one of my favorite parts of the book. But my all time favorite scene was Rue’s death…not to sound horrible,I was sobbing in the theater all three times but I think they took a difficult scene and made it really,really special. And then I love how they showed the citizens of District Eleven saluting not only Rue,but Katniss as well.
My favorite scenes were the tribute’s parade, it was so perfect seeing them all like royalty, so much colour and youth; when Katniss was running and crashed against Foxface, well I’m pretty much obsessed with that scene because Foxface is my favorite character, apart from Katniss and Peeta, and when I saw it, I was almost screaming of hapiness :3 and the other one was Cato’s speech before his death, it was so moving, I was crying so much, that moment gave Cato more humanity.
‘THAT IS MAHOGANY’, definitely. That scene was just PERFECT. Hahaha.
#1 favorite scene from The Hunger Games movie; the moment katniss had to leave cinna for the game. i need more cinna exposure in the next movie already!!!
My favourite scene, Katniss showing her skills to the sponsors but gotten ignored , so she shot the arrow at the apple in the suckling pig right on the dot. The expression and determination in it, i love it alot!
My favorite scene is the Lionsgate logo. I swear. Oh okay, my favorite scene is the whole movie itself.
My favorite scene was when Katniss and Peeta were walking to the train and when they entered it for the first time. I love it because the score gives you a very dramatic sense.. Like they are literally saying goodbye to all they knew and you can see how overwhelmed they are by everything that’s they’ll face.. The train is, for me, the best part, because that’s the transition from the Seam girl to a fighter in the capitol.
My favorite scene was at the end when Katniss and Peeta were talking on the train, when they were on their way back home. It made me cry!
I liked the part when Katniss confronted Peeta after he confessed his love for her. I mean poor Peeta but i thought it was funny.
My favorite scene was when Katniss pulled out the nightlocks and tried to commit suicide with Peeta. It was real sweet how Peeta touched her hair. I just can’t wait for Catching Fire.
Can’t choose! But one of the funniest scenes was when Effie Tricket screams ‘THAT IS MAHOGANY’! and Haymitch says ‘Congratulations, you’ve just killed a placemat.’ We now use that quote every day
It is really hard to pinpoint just one moment, since the entire movie was great, but my favourite part had to be Seneca’s ‘death’ scene. I don’t mean to sound horrible, I absolutely hate the thought of death, but the way they put it together was just so chillingly perfect, I actually got teary. It was just so ironic, and something i could picture President Snow doing. Not to mention it wasn’t in the book, so it was a surprise to see it. A pleasant surprise, I might add.
Another reason it was my favourite was because of his awesome beard. His beard is just awesome.
My favourite parts were during the interviews before and after the games and the cave scene and the nightlock scene…Because they were so sweet and romantic….
I love both the interviews, the cave scene and the nightlock scene when Peeta touched Katniss’ braid… Because they super sweet and romantic… I was squealing the whole time

My favorite scene is definitely the Cornucopia scene at the end. I think this scene is better in the movie than in the book because it really shows that Cato’s still human, that he’s not just a brutal and ruthless career tribute. Normally, with fictional characters like Cato, I despise them. I hate them so much that I’m happy he/she dies or has to pay the consequences. In Cato’s case though, I just felt really bad for him. I was literally on the edge of my seat during this scene.
The “That is Mahogany” scene on the train is a classic
My favorite scene was when Katniss was hallucinating. Her mother and sister were both practically ghosts because they didn’t respond to Katniss after the games. Jennifer really showed her acting skill here because she wasn’t afraid to show her raw face when she cried. She wasn’t worried about how she cried, all that mattered was that she could show Katniss’ real emotion during the scene. This scene also showed how one thing can impact a lot of other situations. Katniss went into the games and this was one thing that shook her whole family.
My favorite scene was the Reaping Day scene. It’s the most sad scene but at the same time, the scene showed amazingly edited with painful expression by Jennifer Lawrence. The music score played when Peeta slected made me heartbreak..
I just loved every single scene in the arena:) I thought they created it perfectly and it was just how I imagined I in the books too!! God I love this movie:) <3
