Aside from Woody Haarelson, another Hunger Games cast is also celebrating his birthday today! Philip Seymour Hoffman was born in Fairport, New York on July 23, 1967.  He will be playing the role of Plutarch Heavensbee  in the upcoming Hunger Games sequel.
