Josh Hutcherson had a chat with Allie Mac Kay from KTLA at the Nike Basketball 3ON3 tournament. If you noticed, Josh had dyed his hair back to blond. In an interview with Ryan Seacrest, Josh mentioned that he will be heading to Atlanta in about two weeks to shoot the Hunger Games sequel.
