The Hunger Games: Catching Fire cast members together with Director Francis Lawrence attended The Hunger Games: Catching Fire Cannes Party at Baoli Beach sponsored by COVERGIRL.

Taking futuristic dystopian fashion and fun to whole new levels, Lionsgate’s THE HUNGER GAMES:CATCHING FIRE Capitol Party at Baoli Beach on Saturday evening sponsored by COVERGIRL was this year’s hottest event at the Cannes Film Festival. Themed around 2013’s most anticipated motion-picture release, THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE, the party was comprised of an exclusive guest list that included the film’s stars Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth and Sam Claflin, as well as director Francis Lawrence. COVERGIRL, which celebrated its partnership with the film at the event, provided touchups to party guests. Acclaimed DJ Snake kept everyone in the groove while a platoon of models remained in constant circulation clad in “Capital Chic” attire.

Lionsgate spent five months planning the exclusive affair paying close attention to every detail from importing Capitol portraits for the event, to providing specially coded tickets for each guest which included a pin for them to wear granting them access. The night rivaled the grandest celebrations hosted by President Snow.

Job Hunters Season Two

Have you watched the web series, “Job Hunters”? If not, you’re missing out! During their first season (which can be viewed at www.watchjobhunters.com, I was sure to catch every episode!

Luckily, if you missed the first season, you still have time to head over to that aforementioned website and check it out! The web series is based on dystopian society and has other aspects that parallel The Hunger Games, such as the influence of romance in a world where young people are forced to fight to their gruesome ends. While this may sound eerily similar to the trilogy that we so love, it is completely original and entertaining.

Once you have fallen in love with “Job Hunters” (and believe me, you will), be sure to head over to their Kickstarter page, where they are raising money to make another season where they can include more characters and make more film magic! They are so excited about this season that they sent us a cast picture to share with you!

You only have until Saturday to support the hard-working cast and crew, so be sure to head over to the Kickstarter page as well as their website to fund a project that will keep you enthralled until Catching Fire comes out (and hopefully even after that)!
