How did you become a fan of The Hunger Games series?
I was on holidays and I was really bored so I asked my dad to go get a few books in a book store. I bought Diary of The Wimpy Kids and Eragon etc. Just as I was walking to the counter,
I saw ‘The Hunger Games’ placed 4th on the best sellers list displayed on the shelves. I thought..this seemed familiar, I think I’ve heard of it before, so I decided to buy it.

I’m not much of a reader, but when my friend told me about how amazing these books were, I knew I had to read them. I started reading the first book and was instantly hooked! My brother started reading them before me and I finished it before him! I couldn’t put it down!! The books transported me into this world filled with action, romance and mystery. I felt like I was part of the story. It’s amazing how it could capture me until the point I refused to put the book down!

How did you become a fan of The Hunger Games series?
-When I was in fifth grade, my favorite book series was actually Gregor the Overlander by Suzanne Collins. Once I had finished reading the book series, I went to Barnes and Nobles to seek other books written by her. An employee suggested The Hunger Games to me since it was a newer book. So, I bought it and began reading it as soon as I got home. I was instantly hooked! I became immoble and read it within a few hours! My reading teacher always had me giving her new book ideas, so I told her about The Hunger Games. She loved it and bought a few copies for the classroom. Then I got the library teacher hooked on the book, too! She bought six copies for the library! Soon, everybody was reading The Hunger Games! We even had our own academical Hunger Games at school. (:

It was 2008, and I was at Barnes and Noble with my mother. I was savaging through the hundreds of books it had, and I spotted a young man placing The Hunger Games on the new arrival selves. I walked over, grabbed one, and began reading the inside slip. It intrigued me so much that I immediately started reading the first chapter. When I was finished, I begged my mother to buy it and she did. All day I couldn’t put the book down, and I finished it later on. That night, I had a dream that I was Katniss and that I lived her life in the Games. I even dreamt the second book, which was totally opposite from Catching Fire.
