I think Haymitch wouldn't even try to be friend to Caesar unless he had to. They are so different.

Yes, they can be friends. Peeta is in love with Katniss and Katniss thinks that it's hard to hate Peeta.

Warning: Finnick is so wanted that he can get almost anyone he wants.

Finnick, Peeta and Haymitch because Finnick knows how to fight and kill and so does Haymitch (if he's not too drunk). Peeta is also a Hunger Games winner so 3 winners against one with 2 Capitol citizens... I wish that Cinna and Caesar succeed but I'm afraid that Katniss has to do the most of them. And is she able to kill Peeta in the end? I doubt but it's the same with Peeta, too.

Rue versus Clove... Clove wins if she finds Rue. Otherwise Rue is pretty strong candidate.

Johanna thinks that Beetee is crazy and she dislikes him.

Of course they could! They are from the same District and both have aggressive strategies.

How about 2 and 4?
Foxface and Johanna are really different. I think Johanna would find Foxface weird in some way. But maybe after quite a long time?

What warning would you put on a romantic story between 1 and 6?
Clove is able to do anything (at least almost). For example to kill Rue.

1,2 and 3 versus 4,5,and 6. Who wins?
Both teams would be very talented in many ways. In Rue, Foxface and Cato's team there are intelligence, agility and strength while in Johanna, Beetee and Clove's team there are also intelligence but more strength and a bit of agility. However it's possible that Cato would kill Rue and Foxface, and Johanna and Clove want to get rid of Beetee. I prefer Cato, Foxface and Rue's team but maybe the winner is the other team. That's because in that team there are more aggressive tributes than in Rue, Cato and Foxface's team.
