(The Testing, US and UK edition)
I came across a number of YA Novels that were marketed to the fans of The Hunger Games, some of them were so-so, some were disappointing. When I received an ARC of Joelle Charbonneau’s ‘The Testing’, I was worried that it might be just another mediocre novel jumping on the Dystopian bandwagon. But it turned out that I liked the book a lot, I devoured it in one sitting!
Last year, before the movie was released, Scholastic released The Hunger Games: Movie Tie-in Edition. Catching Fire will also have a movie tie-in edition for Catching Fire, which will be released on October 8, 2013. The cover has not been revealed yet, but you can now pre-order from Amazon.
Scholastic will also release an Official Illustrated Movie Companion for Catching Fire, which will be out in November!

Last year, Scholastic released Hunger Games movie tie-in books! This year, The Hunger Games series publisher will be releasing Catching Fire: The Official Illustrated Movie Companion, which you can now pre-order from Amazon and Barnes and Noble. The 160-page book by Kate Egan will be available on November 22, 2013.
